If the Delhi High Court orders, then dilli pulis will have to INVADE domestic spaces in any-and-every instance of "domestic violence" - but even the Written Law requires that these State Agencies proceed to "investigate" and then "prosecute" - before a "bureaucRAT-JUDGE" - only if they first receive a COMPLAINT from any sheeple - and all our sheeple KNOW it is very difficult to even "register" complains at police stations! - so, this NONSENSE-from-TOP must be seen as ANTISOCIALISM-in-PRACTICE because its Real Intention is to poke-its-nose into Private Matters within "domestic spaces" that re OBVIOUSLY Private Properties - which is better known as "NOT Minding Your Own Business" - and wee all know full well that wee the sheeple would much rather that THEY first ensure ZERO-TOLERANCE of JUDICIAL DELAYS!
So, this Madras High Court ANTISOCIALISM is exactly the same - for they are INVADING the Private Properties of all those Private Theatre-Owners who wish to exhibit this film to all those Private Ticket Purchasers who wish to see it - and NOTHING can ever be done about what does offend or what does not offend in PRIVATE SPACES such as these - for this is Not the purpose of The Law at all - and, on the contrary, the purpose of The Law is to PROTECT these Private Properties from All Intrusions - so, the people are FREE-to-CHOOSE among films, TV channels, books, newspapers, magazines, nightclubs, cabarets, stand-up comedians, et. al. - and is is only The Business of the Proprietors of All the Establishments which "produce" or "display" of "sell" these to CHOOSE - this "discretionary power" - as to WHAT they THINK will NOT OFFEND their "regular clientele" - and ALL Markets offer little "niches" for all sorts of "specialised offerings" - which is why there is sufficient scope for Jazz FM Radio stations in Indian cities - but THEY have LICENSED-it-out-of-EXISTENCE!
For example: You do find films in which nuns and priests of the Catholic Church are portrayed in an "offensive" manner - and I am sure much of "pornographic" material - both films and well as their "literature" - would HORRIFY many - but The Principle of the Inviolability of Private Property must hold otherwise The Law is Guilty of the Very Crime it is supposed to Punish!
