On This “Funny Money” – That Makes “The Daily Business Noose” Funny – To Me – Which is Why I Call It “The Noose” – And On Some Funny Sights Which – To Me – Display The Root Cause: MISEDUCATION! Take #5

A teeny-weeny snippet in my Daily Business Noose today – credited to PTI – said the FIIs “invested” close to Rs.50,000 crores (1crore = 10 million) in the stock markets in January, 2013 – that is, over US$2.5 BILLION – which reveals the real reason behind the recent stock market boom – and also why the “mutual funds” are now doling out “dividends” – because their Net Asset Values (NAVs) have shot up – but it is NOT that COMPANIES are increasing their “dividends” to SHAREHOLDERS – thus, if promoters and directors of some of these companies are “feeling richer” – it is not very different from any property owner in any Indian megashitty felling the same about the current “horrendous value” of his property in that “horrendous megashitty” – all of which goes to PROVE that whatever is being pointed to - and focused upon – as “signs of good economic health” are Grand Delusions.



Of course, as far as Foreign Investments in REAL BRICK & MORTAR facilities for “production and exchange” are concerned – the Daily Business Noose did say, and upon which I did comment, just the other day, that their Foreign Investment Promotion Board “cleared” only Rs.1000 crores worth of these – or about US$20 MILLION – which is why when I saw the Grand Headquarters of the Kendriya Vidyalaya (Central Schools) this morning – I LAUGHED! – not only at the ABSURDITY of the very IDEA of State Education – but, equally, if not MORE, at the FACT that this Grand Headquarters of the Kendriya Vidyalaya is located in yet another of those “acquired lands” of villagers whose villages at the fringes of British New Delhi were gradually “incorporated” into this capitalshitty – this Qutab Institutional Area being one such, originally belonging to the folk of Katwaria Sarai opposite – whose lands were earlier “acquired” for both the IIT as well as JNU – and all these “acquired urban lands” were then “allocated” by The State – which means – what else? – but “political patronage” – hence, this Kendriya Vidyalaya is supposedly an INSTITUTION – just as the Delhi Development AUTHORITY  is an “authority” – or Legislation is Law - the FALLACY that has ensured Freedom is NOT what DEMOCRACY is all about that is, a "right to vote" - whether exercised diligently or not - or even neglected, and left unused - does NOT mean that either LIBERTY or JUSTICE will prevail.




And then, as I passed along overcrowded roads within overcrowded RESIDENTIAL localities – all “illegal” – roads that are “unsafe at any speed” even for PEDESTRIANS – and localities where “illegal property values” are equally HORRENDOUS – if not GROTESQUE – it struck me that The Root Cause of this Mess is MISEDUCATION – in both Law as well as Economics, but extending into Sociology, History and even Psychology. 

We are all – UNIVERSALLY – in DEEP PHILOSOPHICAL ERROR.

For one: Property arises from a LIBERTY – and there is NOTHING valid about “political rights.”

Homesteading unowned lands is a LIBERTY. Period.

There is absolutely NO SHORTAGE of UNOWNED lands around Delhi even today – and there are unowned lands ALL OVER this vast sub-continent for everyone to “live” with what HITLER called lebensraum – or “living space.”

MONEY – is also Property – and “funny money” – is the Root Cause of InflationISM – which we in India are not only “producing” but also IMPORTING.


The paper note – is a CONTRACT – to “deliver the Property to the bearer on demand.” Period.


The Bearer of the Paper note therefore has a RIGHT – because someone has signed his LEGAL OBLIGATION upon that paper note.

But EVERYONE has the LIBERTY to CHOOSE what to accept in any “consensual trade” – which implies the use of legislative FORCE and IMPOSE this irredeemable paper note on every trader is tantamount to COERCIVE EXCHANGE – apart from being a Violation of Contract, anyway.

Hence, to add to the HIGH TREASON of taxing Gold & Platinum imports in the last Union Budget - as inflation raged! - and it was only this blog that called this tax "high treason" - the noose today, that these taxes have been RAISED by 50 percent calls for MASS CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE.

High Treason happens to be the charge for which Charles I was tried and convicted - and then, BEHEADED - and that's the scene above, from the film Cromwell.

So, do STAND UP FOR YOUR LIBERTIES as well as your “rightly understood” RIGHTS.

But remember – and Teach Your Children – that LIBERTY comes FIRST!

Rights – they arise only in the Private Law of Contracts – so not only are ALL “political rights” LEGAL FICTION – including the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights – based on the FICTION of “social contract” – and we in socialist India only need to look at the WEST today to “know” that all these FICTIONS have BACKFIRED upon them.

For example: From the USSA, and that too, today - here are not one - but two - articles well worth reading about the current mess in the erstwhile "land of the brave, and the land of the free":

First: On the NONSENSE that their "political right" to Keep & Bear Arms has become. And

Second: On why they do NOT TRUST their sheriffs anymore - and advise fellow citizens accordingly.

In addition to the above two, the American philosopher Tibor Machan's latest column on "The Nature of American Politics" is an excellent and highly informative read on where they went wrong - and continue to remain, stuck in DEEP PHILOSOPHICAL ERRORS.

Abandon ALL schooling, all college and university “education” – especially in India – and “learn” for YOURSELF this VITAL KNOWLEDGE.

Why is it VITAL?

Well, just as “knowing” how to use a knife, or a spear, or make a fire, and stuff like that are VITAL KNOWLEDGE for anyone who wishes to SURVIVE in a JUNGLE – even as a camper – the knowledge of Law pertaining to Self-Protection, to Property, and to “consensual trades” is VITAL KNOWLEDGE for anyone who wishes to survive in a Civilisation – that is, in a CITY – in which The Market is The Foremost SOCIAL INSTITUTION.



Which is why – if you LOOK-and-SEE – almost EVERYONE in any City Market is successfully surviving WITHOUT any knowledge from this Grand Headquarters of the Kendriya Vidyalaya in this STOLEN Qutab INSTITUTIONAL Area.
