We Don’t Need No More Trouble – No More Wars – Neither Internal, Nor External – So, This One’s For raghu raman & his ilk – Tellin’ ‘em to FUCK OFF! Take #3

The Daily Business Noose – well, they have this second editorial on PRIVACY; while the main “opinion” column is from raghu raman – that former Army captain, Siachen instructor, and trained “unethical hacker,” who was with the Mahindras, yet another "crony," as some sort of “security expert” before this appointment as India’s highest paid bureaucRAT heading NATGRID, a “cyber snooping” outfit with an Enormous Budget, and vast Legislated Powers, of course, to go with the “legal tender funny money.” I have a previous - much milder - post on this cyber-spy, and his "Jazz Police" snooping.

Incidentally – or should I say “interestingly” – this raghu raman is a “regular columnist” with The Daily Business Noose; and so my clever reader can go through all his CRAP.

Today, raghu raman is very worked up about WATER – which I discussed in detail just the other day: that its widespread shortage is ARTIFICIAL, and proof of “Hydraulic Despotism.”

In that post, I wrote about the coastal City of Madras, long plagued by water scarcity – and how they have finally invested in a STATE-OWNED desalination plant!

On Madras – there is this PTI report in The Daily Business Noose (print edition):

The Madras High Court has ordered that schoolkids found guilty of riding on the footboards of buses must be expelled; this, after two such kids fell off and got run over: KILLED!

In Bombay – the local trains have NO DOORS! When I rode one of them - my post was titled BRUTALISM!

When trains have no doors - what chance buses will?

Both State-owned, of course.

SOCIALISM! - is clearly "anti-social."

In Nude Elly – I had everyone in splits discussing the SHEER ABSURDITY of what the cops here are up to: they “look after” the VVIPs alone, and FUCK AROUND with everyone else!

Dilliwallahs must queue up before a State-owned liquor shop every evening for their overtaxed “daily dose” – and thereby “furnish the means by which they suffer” – for while the road directly opposite the State-owned liquor vend cannot be safely crossed by the CUSTOMER, his taxes are used to pay for cops whose only "work" consists of checking out where exactly this customer is going to CONSUME his daily dose; and, since sitting around stationary and slowly sipping - or even "nursing" - a drink is impossible, because it is ILLEGAL, they manage to give the Big Stick to many such customers, every single night, night after night after night.

So, of course, if you have a car, you MUST "drive-and-drink" - because they will surely FUCK YOU if you "park-and-drink."

This adds to road congestion, and they insist it also causes "climate change" or some such impending environmental disaster - but the added fact is that, since this extremely lucrative retail trade is a State-monopoly-monopsony, liquor vends are very few and far between, and EVERYONE must needs DRIVE to obtain his daily dose.

If you don't have a car - well, if you go into a dhaba with a bottle, as I did, and the dhaba-OWNER welcomed you, seated you, placed clean glasses and a pitcher of water for you and your pals, and then inquired as to what your lunch will be - then again, these tax-funded MORONS will descend upon this PRIVATE PROPERTY and throw you and your pals out, for attempting to consume alcohol in a PUBLIC PLACE!

As for the ACTUAL PUBLIC PLACE - like the PUBLIC ROAD opposite the liquor vend: no pedestrian is safe trying to cross it; and COMPLETELY SOBER, that too!

Anyway, some chap inquired whether we can do without cops - like, what about all the RAPES going on?

I told him, first, that the "crime reporter" gets his "daily noose" from a cop PRO - and his editor never asks him to inquire after ROAD ACCIDENTS! So, these are not reported. And never discussed - as a Very Big Security Threat, to the PEOPLE, who "furnish the means by which they suffer," by paying taxes.

Second: I told him women ought to carry GUNS - like small Berettas or Derringers, easy to handle - that a "gun the hand is better than a cop on the phone" - and that when we read of "molestors" and "eve-teasers" getting their brains blown out by such armed women, it will be the best "deterrent."

And lastly, I told him of the "welcoming" postcard from the Amsterdam Red Light District I saw while there - and how I personally feel like weeping when I see the illegal red-light districts of our cities, including Nude Elly; and Bombay, in particular, where things are truly heart-breaking for a MAN, seeing WOMEN this way.

I also told him about the old movies - like Pakeezah - and the "sophisticated culture" that surrounded this profession once-upon-a-time.

Mujras are BANNED in Lucknow, today!

Thereafter, I proceeded to relate the story of the time, well over two decades ago, when I travelled in a railway compartment reserved for Army jawans - a very long journey, during which these men and I chatted long and hard on many burning "political" issues; and during which I posed these soldiers headed for "duty" at some frozen border the question:

Do you feel, when you return to your homes, that there is EVEN ONE SINGLE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT DOING A GOOD JOB?

And ALL of them replied: NONE!

Of course, there were still the "doubting Thomases" who posed questions that required answering - to all of which I replied by asking whether posses of ARMED POLICE are ever required in BUSY BAZAARS, in Big Market areas, and the like?

And, when we see pictures in newspapers, like the one on the left, of the "return to normalcy" in Srinagar, Kashmir, say, after three weeks of curfew, do the masses shopping at an overcrowded Lal Chowk require ARMED POLICE to be present? Or are these uniformed, armed soldiers of The State "conspicuous by their absence" from all such pictures?

It was then that I found the most opportune moment to drive the point home - to the hilt - and how the "unwritten law" of any bazaar is "possession indicates property."

Thus, the picture above is of a street vendor on Cairo's Tahrir Square - capital of a socialist country once ruled by Nasser, good friend of our Nehru, and a city where not many possess TITLES to PROPERTY: see Hernando de Soto's field study The Mystery of Capital.

However, the FACT remains that no private citizen of Cairo will ever consider the vendor's wares atop his head to be "collective property"; hence, no one will "steal."

Thus, to all socialists, who hate bazaars and businessmen, it is the Law itself that becomes The Thief, as with nationalisation and land acquisition:

LEGAL PLUNDER - explained in The Law.

And so it was that I proposed the IDEA that if all Private Property is Inviolable, then all "consensual trades" will be FREE - and PERFECT ORDER will prevail; naturally.

Natural - in the precise sense that "possession is property" is the natural, unwritten law that has "evolved" alongside civilisation.

Yes, it is true that in Common Sense Paine referred to "government" - not "State" - as a "necessary evil," which has provoked this excellent retort

"No evil is necessary!"

But there is this other quote from Paine that explains his "libertarian" bent-of-mind far better, as well as clearer:

A great part of that order which reigns among mankind is not the effect of government. It had its origin in the principles of society, and the natural constitution of man. It existed prior to government, and would exist if the formality of government was abolished. The mutual dependence and reciprocal interest which man has in man and all the parts of a civilized community upon each other create that great chain of connection which holds it together.

The landholder, the farmer, the manufacturer, the merchant, the tradesman, and every occupation prospers by the aid which each receives from the other, and from the whole. Common interest regulates their concerns, and forms their laws; and the laws which common usage ordains, have a greater influence than the laws of government. In fine, society performs for itself almost everything that is ascribed to government.

Of course, these are thoughts my regular readers are familiar with - but getting back to raghu raman and his ilk, the discussion above gives us an IDEA as to what is wrong with this INTERNAL WAR against Maoists - because IDEAS must be fought with IDEAS, and not GUNS.

To battle ideas with ideas - that is, "politics." This is what leads to a "moral consensus" in a free, civic community.

Democracy and parliaments - they are just the "means" towards this ultimate end.

And look where we are headed?

Exactly like the UK and the USSA exporting national-socialism-welfarism-interventionism-legislationism - while real-life soldiers are told to "fight for civilisation"; and fictional James Bond types seem to be busy "fighting the reds," with a "license to kill," and all "on her majesty's secret service" - getting paid in "unsterling" paper pounds!

We are erring in the same way - and be it JNU or the IAS Academy, only "trained Maoists" are being churned out.

While thinking of Homesteading and Property - for the Maoists in our forests - I was struck by the strange fact that this new notebook I have obtained for about 50 rupees is from a firm "sponsored by the Khadi & Village Industries Commission." This firm surely does nothing more than the cutting and binding of paper - and this paper in manufactured, I'll bet, from IMPORTED PULP.

But "commercial timber" - it ought to be a VILLAGE INDUSTRY.

Today, even commercial BAMBOO FARMING is BANNED!

Socialism - where "possession is one-tenths of the law - and everything else belongs to the 'custodians of the law.'"

Adam Smith and his friends - they instituted PRIZES for farmers who grew specific timbers in their THOUSANDS!

Canada - trees in commercial forests survive better than trees in "natural forests" only because in the former, the timber companies employ men, equipment, and chemicals to protect their trees from predation as well as disease.

So, what about MAHUA PLANTATIONS in all the forested Maoist badlands of central India?

And mahua not only taking on Mexican tequila - but beating it hollow?

What a truly divine flavour mahua has - since it is distilled from the nectar of a jungle flower.

IDEAS vs. IDEAS - that's "politics."

Do read one of my Pondicherry "spikes" - in which I asked and answered the question:

What the FUCK is politics?

India today is a "democracy without politics": only guns, lawless force, disorder.

India is "lawless" - as all socialists are "anti-social" in truth.

This raghu raman and his evil ilk snooping around and writing CRAP about phony "security threats" - these are not just the "running dogs of The State"; more precisely, these are the "dogs of war."

The more wars - the more they profit, for their Budgets and Powers expand.

We need Transparency in Public Life.

We do not need these Dirty Tricks Departments.

We need Privacy - which implies that Private Property must be Inviolable by The State and all its personnel.

Private Properties - from my ganja field to my timber farm to my internet domain to anything and everything.

The result: JUSTICE ex ante - because all consensual trades will be free.

Natural Order - no "crimes" and no "legal disputes" either.

MASS UNEMPLOYMENT - among lawyers, judges, cops... ha ha.

raghu raman and co. - selling peanuts.

Look at the REAL INTENT of this "unelected" manmohan - to "micromanage dissent" - by unleashing the LAWLESS.

CRIMINAL!

In addition to SERIOUS FRAUD.

We the sheeple need to know what goes on behind the closed doors of their Party High Command meetings.

And we the sheeple need to be able to keep all our "business secrets" to ourselves.

So, I re-quote with this old editorial from a newspaper of Victorian England:

Every Englishman is accustomed to pride himself with more than usual complacency upon what is called the sanctity of an English home. No soldier, no policeman, no spy of the Government dare enter it...Unlike the tenant of a foreign domicile, the occupier of an Englsih house, whether it be mansion or cottage, possesses an indisputable title against every kind of aggression upon his threshold. He defies everybody below the Home Secretary [what we in India call Home Minister]; and even he can only violate the traditional security of a man's house under extreme circumstances, and with the prospect of a Parliamentary indemnity. It is with this thoroughly innate feeling of security that every Englishman feels a strong sense of the inviolability of his own house. It is this that converts the moorside cottage into a castle. The moral sanctions of an English home are, in the nineteenth century, what the moat, and the keep, and the drawbridge were in the fourteenth. In the strength of these we lie down to sleep at night, and leave our homes in the day, feeling that the whole neighbourhood would be raised, nay, the whole country, were any attempt made to violate what so many traditions, and such long custom, have rendered sacred.

CONCLUSIONS

Just as trees in commercial forests survive better - the same applies to all PRIVATE PROPERTY, for each PRIVATE OWNER tends to look after whatever is his own.

Like his house, his shop, his savings - and, of course, as discussed only yesterday, when COMMUNIST BANKING takes over all savings, then just as NATIONALISED AIR INDIA has been destroyed, just as all the NATIONALISED COAL MINES have been destroyed, so too has all our SAVINGS BEEN ERODED. This is nothing but the destruction of the Precious Capital of every individual, private citizen - by the "false ideas of collectivism."

If Indians wish to not just survive - but FLOURISH within a growing civilisation - then we MUST secure Property as well as LIBERTY from this Predatory State, and each and every single one of its EMPOWERED AGENCIES.

This especially includes raghu raman and his NATGRID.

Because they will NATIONALISE all private matters - and thereby harm all private persons.

Think - of these morons getting a-hold of someone's business secrets.

There will ensue - what? - but BLACKMAIL!

Or the "trading of information" - whichever pays more.

All this goes to PROVE that the State is NOT the "solution" at all.

On the contrary.

It is the State and all its works that are The Problem.

I leave you with this evocatively titled post
