The Law in Victorian England - the INVIOLABILITY of both PROPERTY as well as PRIVACY - were discussed in yesterday's post by citing a newspaper editorial from England of the 1840s - this editorial is re-quoted below - and then contrasting that age with the widespread "police atrocities" of our times, like the SWAT Teams of "common law" America.

Victorian "morality" - it was Self-Help and NOT "welfarism: the book alongside was the biggest International Bestseller of its times, and its author was a renowned "moralist." It is said this book was kept right next to the Holy Bible in every Victorian home.

Today, I shall continue from where I left off, focusing attention first on the United Nations - and their "political" Human Rights did not exist in Victorian times - because the UN is prominent in the Daily Noose today, because their member-states are taking a decision on Internet freedom by means of "majority vote." It seems that those nation-states that took a stand for Internet freedom are in the minority - hence, the only question that remains to be answered is whether this majority has any "legitimate authority" via the UN to IMPOSE its decision on the rest-of-the-world. It is a question of "sovereignty."

The UN is a tool for Universal Subordination - as I have argued before.

All its ever-so-many "agencies" are nothing but "for the UN bureaucRATS" - and no one else.

But for all the world's ordinary people - "humanity" - all that the UN offers are these "political human rights," a very long list of them, all of which require "petitioning the State," or what is called "politics" nowadays: AGITATIONS!

Yet, "human rights violations" by UN member-states and their police forces continue - and are, in fact, accelerating.

Compare this with the following testimony of JUSTICE in the Victorian Age - penned by Nirad C Chaudhuri in his Autobiography, describing conditions in the Indian sub-continent then, while the Empress was some 10,000 miles away, mourning in Balmoral:

Overhead there appeared to be, coinciding with the sky, an immutable sphere of justice and order, brooding sleeplessly over what was happening below. 

But that feeling vanished at one stroke with the coming of the nationalist agitation in 1905.

1905 - the year in which that prize chump Curzon divided Bengal along religious lines - immediately after which he fled, with his Capital, to landlocked New Delhi.





But, during the very long history of British India before that: 


"An Empire of Laws and NOT of Men" - that's what they called it. 

And what were these "eternal laws," but those that had always prevailed in England, like Property. 

So, let us all go through that editorial from a newspaper of the Victorian Age again:

Every Englishman is accustomed to pride himself with more than usual complacency upon what is called the sanctity of an English home. No soldier, no policeman, no spy of the Government dare enter it...Unlike the tenant of a foreign domicile, the occupier of an Englsih house, whether it be mansion or cottage, possesses an indisputable title against every kind of aggression upon his threshold. The moral sanctions of an English home are, in the nineteenth century, what the moat, and the keep, and the drawbridge were in the fourteenth. In the strength of these we lie down to sleep at night, and leave our homes in the day, feeling that the whole neighbourhood would be raised, nay, the whole country, were any attempt made to violate what so many traditions, and such long custom, have rendered sacred.

  



Do INDIANS need "human rights" from the UN - or do they need JUSTICE as defined above?

These "political human rights" - which needs be "claimed" from The State - these are just another example of LEGAL MALPRACTICE.

To answer this question, let us turn to what the Daily Noose has to say about the latest antics - for what else are these but "antics"?: "Cash transfers can power Congress to victory in next two polls."

Welfarism - not "self-help."

The Ugly Vote Motive - which ought to make us all finally realise that what THEY call "freedom struggle" was in reality nothing but a "power struggle," and still is!


So, do INDIANS want all that Victorian MORALITY as well as JUSTICE were about - or rahul gandhi's same ol' CONplan?

The picture is of one of Delhi's SLUMS - where over 50 per cent of the citizenry "live," though that is most definitely NOT the right word.

But foreign trade - or, to put it more accurately, the "gains from foreign trade" - these lie only in IMPORTS - while we EXPORT that which is abundant and hence undervalued here.

So, do INDIANS need Bombay's "Dalal Street"?

Do they need Bombay's Jawaharlal Nehru Port TRUST?

And even Bombay's - rather, MUMBAI's - Shiv Sena, "oldest ally" of the BJP?

Indeed, do INDIANS even need BOLLYWOOD, which is FILMS - or do they WANT all the PERFORMING ARTS - "there ain't no business like show business"? 

I trust INDIANS have already decided they do NOT NEED the UN and its "political" Human Rights - this UNIVERSAL LEGAL MALPRACTICE.


I also trust INDIANS have decided they do NOT NEED rahul gandhi's same ol' CONplan.
