AUTHORITY? – Whether Academic or that of a State – Is Either “Respected” – Or NOT – Authority Of Any Kind Is NEVER FEARED – So, abhishek singhvi, CONgress socialist lawyer-politician – This Is Aimed Right Between YOUR EYES – To Enable YOU To Read The Writing On The Wall: Take #2

“A festering sense of injustice invites anarchy. Most importantly, it diminishes fear to a vanishing point, and a society without fear (of authority) is a sure recipe for anarchy.”

This is the blurb in abhishek singhvi’s Leader Article in the Times of India today, titled “The Denial of Justice: Some Fundamental Reforms We Need To Carry Out” in which he provides his very own 7-point “recipe” for Justice – something this wealthy CONgress socialist lawyer-politician must be knowing a lot about, as the credit appended to his recipe mentions that this MP once chaired the Parliamentary Committee on Law & Justice.

As with all recipes, this too comprises the element of TIME:

and abhishek singhvi’s 7-point recipe for Justice will take 5-years to get all the ingredients together – that is, "preparation time" - hiring judges en masse, establishing all kinds of new courthouses, and MONEY, of course!

then, the "cooking time": 5 more years for the Justice to be ready-for-consumption, "served hot," I presume.

In these 10 years, while many “coalition governments” will come-and-go - all little-little-minorities-cobbled-together-to-share-spoils - what will happen to this “festering sense of injustice”?

For, if the word “festering” is understood in its medical, pathological sense, then GANGRENE would surely have resulted in the AMPUTATION of that affected limb – in this case, a “limb of the ‘body-politic’” – within the first few WEEKS itself!

Let us begin with this “fear of anarchy” – or “chaos,” or “lawlessness” – that abhishek singhvi is attempting to instill among the sheeple - and appreciate some HARD FACTS:

First, that the “lawless” – who are OUTLAWS – are always a VERY SMALL MINORITY – and the “authorities” employed to “bring the outlaws to Justice” – the “long arm of The Law” – are also a MINORITY – but they invariably OUTNUMBER the outlaws.

Second, it follows that any “civil government” is a MINORITY – and a very small minority at that.

Third, the phenomenon of “organised crime” – which finances “terrorism” and is hugely involved in “drug trafficking” – is something NEW – a by-product of Legislationism – which is “Legal Malpractice” – which not only “politicises everything” – including CRIME – it also ORGANISES it along “political lines” – while simultaneously adding to the PROFITS of lawyers – adding to the Budgets and the Powers of the COPS – and adding to the Budgets and the Powers of the Monopolistic Courts System as well – and it is this “Legal Malpractice” that has caused this “Denial of Justice” – by causing excessive litigation – litigation in which the State is always one of the parties involved. Hence, lawyer-politicians are an Essential Component of the Problem.

Fourth, whereas people have “respected” and even “loved” the Law in ages past – there is NO LEGISLATION today that is similarly respected – and the old song “I Shot The Sheriff” is the best example of the widespread HATRED and REVULSION that the VAST MAJORITY feel towards whatever masquerades as “legal authority” in our times.

Fifth, in India particularly, there are innumerable “authorities” that COMMAND NO RESPECT – from the Delhi Development Authority to the National Highway Authority of India to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and so on and so forth, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. All these, of course, are Legislated Authorities. And the same applies to State Academics – all their “bureaucRAT-professors.” How can such “authorities” ever expect to COMMAND FEAR?

Sixth, the one-and-only SOLUTION to this “CRISIS OF STATE LEGITIMACY” is for the VAST MAJORITY to take the Eternal Law of the Inviolability of Property and Contracts into their OWN HANDS – and to COMBINE in order to UPHOLD, PROTECT, and DEFEND these eternal laws – AGAINST anyone “armed with legislation.” This will result in all “consensual trades” being LIBERATED – and in ex ante Justice – AT ONCE. It will also solve the Money & Banking crisis.

Seventh, all “crimes against individuals” must be treated as TORTS – which means that the VICTIM must be financially compensated by the perpetrator/s – thereby “righting the wrong.”

NOTE: I have already dealt with the serious errors of Hobbes’ Leviathan – and explained the “Natural Order” which begat CIVILISATION as a product of the “logical categories of the trading human mind” – and how these logical categories include PROPERTY. So, never use the loaded term “anarchy” –and HAVE NO FEAR! – for the NATURAL ORDER is here! The new reader can begin with this post – and then go back to earlier ones I have linked.

When the VAST MASSES – the VAST MAJORITY – feel a “festering sense of Injustice” – then this is NOT A RECIPE FOR ANARCHY at all.

On the contrary.

It is but a PRESSURE COOKER about to EXPLODE!

So, abhishek singhvi, wealthy, well-connected socialist lawyer-politician, look closely at the cover of Frederic Bastiat’s The Law (1850) alongside – of the “Storming of the Bastille” – and then, read this little book, if there is still TIME for you to do so, because PRESSURE COOKERS of all sizes are actually EXPLODING all over this vast sub-continent – for that is the “writing on the wall” for you and your “politico-legal community.”

Anyway, good ol' Adam Smith had PREDICTED this UNLAW long, long ago, in his very first book, in fact:

In A Theory of Moral Sentiments (1759), Smith wrote the following on how legislatures can cause the "highest degree of disorder":

The man of system... seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of A Great Society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard. He does not consider that the pieces upon the chessboard have no other principle of motion besides that which the hand impresses upon them; but that, in the great chessboard of human society, every single piece has a principle of motion of its own, altogether different from that which the legislature might choose to impress upon it. If those two principles coincide and act in the same direction, the game of human society will go on easily and harmoniously, and is very likely to be happy and successful. If they are opposite or different, the game will go on miserably and the society must be at all times in the highest degree of disorder.

As for my Daily Business Noose, the print edition had this report on the All India Bar Examination conducted by the Bar Council of India –

And I thought:

This is why there are NO BEER BARS anywhere!

Most certainly not in Delhi!

FUCKIN' HELL!

I’m OFF TO AMSTERDAM on the next flight OUTTA HERE!

Why?

B'coz I've been "called to The Bar" - that is, The Late Night Bar right there on The Dam.

No "late nights" and no "bars" either in India -
because of this MONOPOLY over LEGAL EDUCATION.

So, I trust that I now COMMAND THE RESPECT of all bar-owners throughout The Planet - including all Prospective bar-owners - and all their Happy Workers as well.

Further, since ALL OF THEM will be engaged in the "serious business of keeping the customer happy" - it sure does look like I know what JUSTICE is all about - because all these happy-getting-happier customers will be raising toasts to MY HEALTH!
