The Real Issue Is CIVILISATION - So Do Not Get Sidetracked By CORRUPTION: Take #2

Well, that's the great anti-corruption crusader Arvind Kejriwal, replete with gandhi-topi

After the Lok Pal idea of the erstwhile Team Anna has been junked, he's launching a new political party and, towards that end, this former income tax man - that is, a "legal plunderer" - is publicising the assets of someone who is not in either CONgress politics or government, Robert Vadra, married to Sonia's daughter, also not in either party politics or government.

The media is ignoring the REAL STORY - which is Madhu Kishwar's "Right to Information" application seeking details of Rahul Gandhi's foreign jaunts, information that the IAS-baboon-in-charge of providing answers has DENIED her.

Rahul Gandhi has been CONgress General Secretary since 2007!

The deeper issue, of course, is this MULTIPLICATION OF USELESS POLITICAL RIGHTS.

This, while I have clearly explained how PROPERTY arises from a LIBERTY - and is NOT a "political right." Only after the first one to "homestead" anything found in Nature has titled whatever he now claims to be his, does this Property Owner possess a "right" to it - by "private law."

So, who needs a Constitution at all? Or go through all the "politics" to have it amended so that property is included in the chapter on "fundamental rights" once again. We can simply THROW OUT the entire "socialist system of legal plunder and injustice."

Private Law Society!

There are so many things that matter more than "tackling political corruption" - like Liberty, Justice, and the most important of all, which is CIVILISATION.

The word has its root in civitas, which means "city."

As in the Greek "city-states," Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa, the Italian city-states, the Hansastadte and so on.

REPUBLICANISM!

It requires "local politics" based on "local knowledge" - and there are so many HISTORIES to choose from if one is looking for examples to emulate.

But, above all, civilisation requires PRIVATE CAPITAL ACCUMULATION.

Today's news has it that according to S&P India's "sovereign debt ratings" may see another downgrade soon - after which it will hit JUNK STATUS. The same agency has downgraded two State-owned banks - one of them being State Bank of India. In any case, all welfarism is CAPITAL CONSUMPTION, and when it is financed through INFLATIONISM, it means MASS CAPITAL CONSUMPTION, for the capital of the MASSES gets eroded in value.

We need to put money and banking under the same "private law" - and CLOSE DOWN this "funny money" and "false currency" racket that is only "supporting government growth" while DESTROYING all our individual, "private economies."

Remember, CIVILISATION needs PRIVATE CAPITAL ACCUMULATION in order to flourish.

Not "government growth."

The term used by the classical liberals of yore - "political economy" - means just that: that the "civil government" established to look after common affairs in cities and towns costs the LEAST in taxes. Thus, laissez faire and LIBERTY were even more desirable - because no sensible businessman wants to pay taxes to employ all these meddlesome bureaucRATS.

Socialism, interventionism, Keynesianism, welfarism - these are CORRUPT BY DESIGN.

I read a front page story - one that I could not find on the Internet, unfortunately - that Manmohan Singh is yakking about "tackling corporate corruption." Well, if one of his employees is corrupt, it is a cause of LOSS - and the JOB to tackle this loss is that of the MANAGEMENT. No one else has to care a jot about it - most certainly not the citizenry.

On the other hand, we all care about getting cheated in The Market - and the libertarian solutions to these are TORTS, BRAND NAMES, and FREE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION.

These solutions lie in LAW - and in PURE CAPITALISM.

Not in THE STATE, its COPS, or its MONOPOLISTIC COURTS.

What I really like about the HISTORY of the Olde City of London and its "honest civic corporation" headed by a Lord Mayor - and institution over 800 years old, older than the Magna Carta - is that the entire ciizenry organised themselves into "worshipful companies," and NOT "political parties."

Every citizen "minding his own business."

PURE CAPITALISM!

The Lord Mayor has never received any salary. On the contrary, he had to spend lavishly from his own funds in order to uphold the grandeur of this public office. Thus, only the RICHEST Londoners would agree to serve as Lord Mayor - while those who refused were HEAVILY FINED.

And this was the EPICENTRE of British "John Bull Capitalism" - a vanished species today. This is how the British Empire "ruled the waves" - with a vast merchant marine, like the "tall ships" of the Honourable East India Company.

Here is an extract from my essay on the Olde City of London - the "One Square Mile of Liberty" that went on to "rule the waves":

Rowland Heyward, Lord Mayor in 1598, chaired the meeting held to discuss the formation of the East India Company. Sir John Swinnerton, Lord Mayor in 1612, was one of the founder members of the East India Company in 1599, and the Company’s offices were initially located in the house of Christopher Clitherow, Lord Mayor in 1635. Most Lord Mayors during the days of the Empire were on the boards of firms like the East India Company, the Muscovy Company, the Levant Company, the Merchant Adventurers, and all the various other firms that had opened to trade with the Far East, the Middle East and the new colonies of America. The Virginia Company, for example, could only succeed because a Lord Mayor, Sir Humphrey Weld, ventured seven ships.

Corruption - and how to tackle it - is just a DIVERSION from the actual IDEOLOGICAL BATTLE.

Another "recognised political party" contesting elections, passing legislation as against "corporate corruption" - all powered by the "UGLY VOTE MOTIVE" - what are these compared to what little schoolchildren told me in a tiny town in Chikmagalur:

I once lectured at a tiny, little town nestled in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, for schoolchildren, on the differences between socialism and capitalism. This tiny town was quite a shambles - and, since it was in the district of Chikmagalur, which once returned Indira Gandhi to Parliament, I posed a question to the kids: Would you rather elect a good mayor for your town, or would you prefer to go on electing people to "represent" you in Dilli Door Ast? All the kids unanimously chose the former - without any hesitation.

CIVILISATION - think about it, for this is what lies SHATTERED all around us today, especially in the New Delhi - Gurgaon region where Robert Vadra and DLF have so many hideously expensive properties in what are surely the most hideous and unlivable cities on the planet.

And there is so much UNOWNED LAND all around, in so many beautiful locations, including the COASTS, where the weather is sweet, and where you can actually see "your ship coming in" when it does.

Hong Kong, Singapore - and ALL HISTORY - is about PORT CITIES.

Bombay, Madras, Calcutta, Cochin, Surat...

What is this WEIRD socialist DE-CIVILISATION centred around two landlocked cities, New Delhi and Bangalore, both UNLIVABLE today.

The USSA is 350 million people in over 200 cities - many now BROKE, which is CAPITAL CONSUMPTION.

And this means DE-CIVILISATION once again.

So let me conclude with something on this gandhi-nehru topi of Kejriwal's.

Long ago, I saw a group of men all wearing these topis walking by me somewhere in Poona - and so I inquired of them if they were CONgressmen.

"No," came their answer, and it seems these are the traditional topis of rural folk in Maharashtra, one that the CONgress "borrowed" in order to appear suitably "nationalist."

This is the "uniform" of the Congress Seva Dal - seen lined up in the picture above.

Jawaharlal Nehru, the EVIL SOCIALIST, wore it himself - all the time.

And today, it is the "uniform of scoundrels," if you ask me.

Just as our COPS are "all dressed up in uniforms of brutality."

Capitalism is about INDIVIDUALISM - which means FASHION and not uniforms. No "Mao Suits" for all. Each wears whatever he or she feels best expresses ONE'S ATTITUDE.
