Sheer professional ineptitude – this is the precise term that applies to the Indian police and the bureaucrats as well as ministers responsible for them, at both the Centre as well as every State, for this report in the Sunday Times of India says that, in order to “implement” a 6 year old directive of the Supreme Court to separate “crime investigation” from “law and order,” the Central Police Ministry (of “Home Affairs,” as it is called) is going to the Central Finance Ministry for – what else? – a BIG BUDGET!
And “Law and Order” is a State subject under
the Constitution of India.
This means there is NO CRIME INVESTIGATION being conducted
anywhere in India!
And the Central Police Ministry maintains over 200
battalions of “para-military forces” – for a Big Budget, what else? While every
single State government also maintains umpteen battalions of “armed police.”
Despite all their hired guns and goons, the HIGHEST DEGREE OF DISORDER prevails
nationwide.
And there is NO INVESTIGATION OF CRIME!
Sheer professional ineptitude equally
marks their road traffic management – for over 1000 people DIE on our roads and
streets every single day, equivalent to three Jumbo jets crashing; and many
times more are seriously injured. This, while automobile ownership per capita
is very low in India even today.
The career of Kiran Bedi is evidence as well, for she
started off in traffic in the 70s – but never got to specialise. Everyone is a
“generalist-administrator” in India’s socialist bureaucracies – “graveyards for the youth.” This is why she is now onto the Anna Hazare bandwagon – for they
know nothing other than this sort of mindless “petty
politicking.”
We can easily contrast any IFS-IAS-IPS person in Indian
“politics” today with AO Hume, the “Haileybury man” who founded the Indian
National Congress in 1885 – as a party of “classical liberalism” looking for
“constitutional liberty.” Just read Surendranath Banerjea’s Presidential
Address to the INC during the Hume era for proof – quoted in this post.
Whereas Hume was an “intellectual guide” to the young INC,
every single IFS-IAS-IPS person in our “national socialist” politics is a
SUBORDINATE: KR Narayanan, Natwar Singh, Mani Shankar Aiyar, Meira Kumar (all
“diplomats”); Yashwant Sinha and the IAS chappie in the Trinamool; BP Singhal
and Kiran Bedi (IPS).
Indeed, even Manmohan Singh is a SUBORDINATE.
This is what socialism is – whereas the Philosophy of
Freedom is all about INDIVIDUALISM.
The Indian police spend on “public relations,” with
regular advertisements in newspapers, and also a really absurd television
serial called “Crime Patrol.”
Given all I have written above on “crime investigation” in
India, this serial ought to be treated as FICTION and FANTASY – even “harmful
for the mind” – and dismissed as such by the viewing public.
But the episode I “overheard” last night – for I do not
“watch” TV – was actually quite INSANE, and reflects extremely poorly on the
“bureaucratic intellect” in this socialist nation-state. The IAS Academy told
me, “WE are knowledge-proof.” How do IPS chaps THINK?
“Crime Patrol” last night was on Assam – now extremely
troubled, though the region has been such for decades. It is from Assam that
prime minister Manmohan Singh has been “indirectly elected” to the Rajya Sabha.
And he did NOT visit the province whose legislative assembly elected him to the
upper house of the national parliament during the recent riots there, which
killed thousands and displaced many times more.
The “Crime Patrol” episode I overheard was about two
schoolboys who helped nab an underground rebel – for which they received a
“bravery award” from politicians in New Delhi. After returning as heroes, they
found schoolwork increasingly difficult – and, since they were heroes, got
taken to the Chief Minister and Governor for “jobs.” In the end, they joined
the Indian Army! And the programme ended with a “Jai Hind”!
Now, let’s think about it: How did Assam
“develop” in British India? The answer: British private investments
in tea estates, railways, and also properties in new cities and towns.
What is happening today?
NO Foreign Direct Investment in even supermarkets.
Gauhati is actually one of the biggest cities in India –
after the five “metros.”
How many jobs have been LOST?
And what is so great or “patriotic” about joining the
Indian Army? Especially after Bofors – and the “coffin scam”? Wanna hang around
on Siachen - after the Adarsh Housing scam?
In Goa, for example, their government gives its youth big
financial rewards if they join our Armed Forces, because none volunteer – as
The Market there offers them so many other, more attractive opportunities.
Further, what is so great about POLITICAL PATRONAGE? Like
asking a chief minister or governor to find you a job – which must mean yet
another “government job” as yet another “tax parasite” in the same old
“graveyard of the youth.”
This is stark evidence of “State Worship” – which is what
socialism is. To socialists – and those “trained” by them – the words “state”
and “society” mean the same. And both fuse into The Supreme Leader – as in
“India is Indira.”

And NONE speak the language of SELF-HELP!
NOTE: The episode has a lot to do with the kids’ inability
to keep up at school. Why not shut these schools and free The Market? I made
this argument long ago in this column.
Lastly, with “national socialism,” when we do not trade
with the world outside, and remain trapped within “narrow domestic walls,” our
minds embedded in school with the false protectionist swadeshi doctrine,
we believe that the interests of foreign nations are antagonistic to our own.

Police Minister and well as his Director-General have been indicted for MURDER
– an “encounter killing.”
Back to Assam and the North-East:
They are going to spend billions fencing the (largely riverine!) border between India and Bangladesh – because Bangladeshis coming
into India are “a problem.”
What is the future of the North-East?
Narrow tribal identities in “politics” – like BODOLAND?
Or free trading and self-governing cities and towns that
are CATALLAXIES – completely OPEN SOCIETIES where all TOURISTS are welcome?
Which way are we headed?
And what is Manmohan’s “politics”?
NONE – for he is SILENT, always.
Delhi Police releases at least one advertisement every day
– tax-funded.
Yesterday’s ad WARNED the taxpaying public never to even
think of “lighting up in public” – or the offender would “go up in smoke”!
They were advertising THEIR POWERS – granted them by
LEGISLATION, to VIOLATE PRIVATE PROPERTIES.
The LOGIC of Delhi Police is as follows: We are "protecting non-smokers from smokers" wherever these two very different kinds of people mingle - and "it takes all kinds to make the world" - even to the extend of INVADING PRIVATE PROPERTIES to do so.
Yet, they cannot - or will not - protect pedestrians, cyclists and motor-cyclists from cars, trucks and buses ON "PUBLIC ROADS"!
Their ad today was absurd to the extreme: How they will be
collaborating with NGOs and other such busybodies to “teach the youth” what
honest employment means, so they stay away from “crime”!
In my book, violations of property are CRIMES. More
precisely, they are RAPE!
Consensual trades are most certainly not
crimes!
It is only because of LEGISLATION that the “label” of
crime has been attached to so many consensual trades that the
nationalist-socialist police force has itself become a “criminal tribe.”
As for their “training” – the RESULT is there for all to
see:

Nehru” and a “bureaucrat-professor” of Economics since the 1950s. He was also
Chairman of the University Grants Commission – which funds every State-owned higher
education MONOPOLY, selects lecturers through its own examination
process, and fixes curricula as well.
Manmohan is quoted today as saying, “Our decision to allow
FDI in retail was not due to US pressure.”
But then, did he ever challenge “Obamanomics” on US jobs
being “Bangalored”?
Did he ever champion free international trade? Or did he
ORDER Kamal D Nutt to go about intentionally “wrecking the WTO”?
This is the GREATEST MIND of the CONgress!

As for the BJP: Dileep Padgaonkar's blog says they are re-thinking their
economics as well as politics – particularly “secularism.” But Advani's presidential address to the BJP national executive possesses neither "salience" nor "credibility," he opines.
Anyway, how can they "represent the nation" when the HATE many components of it, ostensibly because "god is on their side"!

There is this newspaper report worth looking at in tandem: saying that one of the Thackerays
(the BJP's “oldest ally”) has been criminally charged for delivering a “hate
speech” against (Hindu) “outsiders” in Bombay!
These are all “recognized political parties” with a
LICENSE to field candidates nationwide granted them by a very senior
“knowledge-proof” IAS chappie.
The outgoing Chief Justice of India is the one responsible
for refusing to take up the long-pending PIL of the Indian Liberal Group
against the Representation of People Act. It is also he who declared the “right
to COMPULSORY education” as constitutionally valid.
Set me thinking: What if his “fundamental right to sleep”
was also COMPULSORY – and wee willie winkie COPS were sent around town to force
sleeping pills down every insomniac’s throat!
That is what this “compulsory education” is going to do to
every kid.

He has just spent years and years as a judge in JHARKHAND
– where “land acquisition” for mines and even a “Law School” have been
continuous, causing much public anger and resentment; where armed rebellions
have been only growing; so this CJI, too, is a “socialist bureaucrat-judge”
just like the other one, who does not believe in the sanctity of
the institution of private property.
Let me conclude with something on the “education
bureaucracy” hired to teach university courses: they must go by “prescribed
texts” that are NEVER CHANGED. They then teach the same course, with the same
texts, for decades without end. Both teacher as well as student DIE –
intellectually speaking. This is just another of the ever so many “hierarchical
organisations” answerable to the Führer that national-socialism, with all its
RHETORIC about EQUALITY, is REALLY all about.
UNIVERSAL SUBORDINATION.
