The Action Plan for shifting to Daulatabad-upon-the-Sea is as follows:
1. All my friends here will be asked to call their friends and associates who want to hear more about the idea to public meetings that I will address. I expect to start with about 8000 poor people - and when I reach the critical figure of 4,00,000 poor people then the second step will be taken.
2. Once a crowd of 4,00,000 has been collected, I will hold a big public meeting, which I will address, and to which the FREE PRESS will be invited.
3. I will reiterate at this meeting that I am the one and only candidate for Lord Mayor of Daulatabad-upon-the-Sea - and I want universal endorsement.
4. Once these events are widely reported, I do not expect our The State to keep quiet. I rather expect that they will enter into discussions with me - and these discussions will all be held in the OPEN, in full public view. I expect FULL CO-OPERATION from the central State as well as the government of the State of Karnataka.
5. During these discussions, we will draw up a schedule for a peaceful and orderly migration.
6. Then, in Daulatabad-upon-the-Sea, the REAL WORK will begin, especially for me, to plan out the roads, streets, suburbs, parks, and all that. I will hire experts in the subject areas from the West.
7. NO IAS/IPS/Indian PWD in Daulatabad-upon-the-Sea.
All those who wish to attend these initial meetings should stay tuned to this blog, on which I will announce date, time and place.
